Sunny Lee
Sunny Lee is a PhD student from the University of Sydney under the supervision of Dr Giselle Yeo and Prof Tony Weiss. She completed a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Advanced Studies with First Class Honours and a University Medal from the University of Sydney in 2022.
Sunny’s research aims to investigate the role of matrix proteins in mesenchymal stem cell senescence, with a current focus on the effects tropoelastin on the replicative senescence of MSCs. Her research is supported by The University of Sydney International Scholarship and the Yim Foundation PhD Top-up Scholarship.
